Privacy policy

• Order and contact information: your name, email address, shipping address, items ordered, order total, payment status, and shipping communications.
• Email signup: the email address you enter if you sign up for shop emails.
• Information you choose to send: details included in an email, support request, or refund inquiry, including any photos you attach.
• Storefront and security data: basic technical records such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, pages requested, and security events. These records may be processed by the storefront host and Cloudflare as the site is delivered and protected.

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Payment-card details are submitted to Stripe rather than stored by Aqua Stiles. Aqua Stiles receives order and payment status information needed to complete the sale, handle support, and issue an approved refund.

If you sign up for shop emails, your email address is stored with Brevo, the service Aqua Stiles uses to send them. We use it only to email you about new accessories and shop news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask to be removed by emailing [email protected].

• Send shop emails to people who signed up for them.
• Prevent fraud, protect the storefront, and diagnose failures.

Aqua Stiles shares information only as needed with service providers that help operate the shop, including Stripe for payment processing, Brevo for shop emails, shipping carriers for delivery, Cloudflare for site delivery and security, and the server host for storefront operation. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the shop, customers, or others.

Aqua Stiles does not sell customer personal information. This policy does not list advertising or optional analytics services because none are part of the current storefront plan; it must be updated before any such service is added.

Aqua Stiles keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including order support and financial recordkeeping. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Aqua Stiles by emailing [email protected]. Some order information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

This policy may change as the shop adds features or service providers. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a new version is published.
