Email [email protected] with your order reference before sending an item back. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

If an item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, email us with your order reference, a description, and clear photos so we can review it with you.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Accessories are made to order; sending a request does not by itself confirm a change or cancellation.

Approved refunds for online orders are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
